5.3 Feeding / Refeeding pressure & gap
The machine is well set for Feeding/Refeeding pressure and gap. It might needs some
adjustment when you have smooth strap or different thickness on this machine, to avoid
short feed or feed jam issue happened.
Note: Excessive or insufficient gap between Feed Rollers might cause failure for auto
threading and 2

try feeding
Note: Excessive pressure for Feed Rollers might cause Z shape in bandways
Note: Insufficient pressure for Feed Rollers might cause short feed
The adjustment of pressure and gap of Feed Rollers:
a. Open front and rear table cover
b. Remove strap out from the Feed Rollers
c. Adjust screw (A) for gap, to make sure
driving and driven rollers slightly touched,
then move outward for two turns on screw,
and then lock the nuts (B) to fix the
adjustment.
d. Adjust nut (C) for pressure, to make sure
the spring force is able to hold the lever (D)
downward
