5. ADJUSTMENT
5.1 Strap amount in the Pool Box
The recommended strap amount in Pool Box will be 2 of full arch size, it will be sufficient
for 3-5 strap cycles. (Depend on package size, fewer cycles for larger package size)
Note: Excessive strap amount stored in Pool Box will cause feed problem (too curved)
Note: Insufficient strap amount stored in Pool Box will cause short feed
Note: Strap stored in Pool Box overnight will make itself too curved and have chance to
cause feed problem.
The adjustment of strap amount of Pool Box as following:
a. Open the front door
b. Loose two screws for spring bracket, lifting upward for stronger spring force with more
strap amount, vice versa
c. Adjust to proper position on the spring bracket, then tight the screw
