3.6 Auto Threading of Polypropylene Strap
3.6.1 Strap Specification
Material: Polypropylene Strap
Width: 9mm/12mm only adjustment
Thickness: 0.45mm-0.7mm (any strap outside this range, please contact EXTEND for
further studying)
Core diameter: 200mm (230mm and 280mm as option)
Core width: 190mm-200mm
Strap with excessive chamber (5mm with 200cm length) cannot be used.
3.6.2 Strap Coil Installation
a. Open the side door
b. Release the Reel Nut Handle by clockwise rotation
c. Take out the outer flange
d. Remove the old strap coil or other dust material, then install the new strap coil
onto the drum according to the direction shown on dispenser label
e. Put back the outer flange and right the Reel Nut Handel by counter clockwise
rotation.
f. Remove the protect straps and the sticker on the new strap coil.
