6. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Error List:
LCD Display will show error situation for this machine, at the same time technician could
open the electric box check LED lights on main PCB in detail.
➢ ERROR (M313), LCD FAIL (J6)
It means there’s no signal between LCD panel board and main PCB. Please check the
connection/wiring is good and tight, or replace new LCD panel board.
➢ ERROR (M302), MOTOR ISSUE
It means PCB drives CAM motor over 3 seconds but no signal back to PCB. Please go to
service mode to manually drive CAM motor, if it runs continuously without any stop, it
means the position limit switch (approx. sensor) is failing. If the motor can’t run in
service mode, please check CAM motor cable connection or replace new CAM motor.
➢ ERROR (M305), AUTO THREAD FAIL
It means auto threading is fail.
◼ Please go to service mode to manually run auto thread motor if it’s normal, if it’s
not running, please check cable connection or decrease pressure for auto thread
arm.
◼ Please make sure the auto thread arm should keep close when pool feed motor
runs strap into feeding roller. If not, please increase pressure for auto thread arm.
◼ Please make sure the auto thread arm should keep open after strap is arrived
feeding roller. If not, please increase pressure for auto thread arm.
◼ Please make sure feed roller are in good adjustment for gap (please follow
operation manual 5.3 Feeding / Refeeding pressure & gap)
◼ Please make sure all strap guiding are in proper adjustment, if the adjustment is
too tight, it could catch the strap from feeding.
◼ Please make sure the actuator working normally.
➢ ERROR (M306), LOW STRAP
It means pool feed runs overtime but still insufficient strap in pool box. Please check if
the Pool Feed structure is clean and Pool Feed motor works normally.
