EMORY menu
Press the  key and then the black key adjacent to the MEMORYoptionto access the memory menu.This
menu is used by the operator to save the calibration, A-scan and thickness settings and to recall a previously
saved A-Scan to use as a reference.
11.6.1 PANEL menu
After having calibrated the instrument it is possible to memorize a calibration and later recall it to perform
that type of test at a later time. This feature is particularly useful when the instrument is used for different
types of tests which require calibrations which greatly differ from each other. It is possible to fill in a note
field for each calibration which shows the test data, in particular the operator’s name and the type of probe
used. This menu makes it possible to memorize and recall up to 100 calibration settings.
STORE:
Used to select the location of the memory (1-100).
MODE:
RECALL
Used to recall a calibration setting in the active memory. Press SET to
recall the memory.
MODE:
DELETE
Used to delete a FULL calibration memory (used). Press SET once to
delete the memory, and a second time to confirm.
MODE:
LIST
Shows the notes associated to the memorized calibration setting. The notes
are displayed and by pressing the SET key the memorized calibration is
recalled.
MODE:
STORE
Used to memorize the current calibration settings in the location identified
in the MEMOR. box. Press SET once to memorize, and a second time to
confirm.
MODE:
INDEX
This is the index of all the memories, use the
e keys to scroll the
li
st.
STATE
Only display.
FULL indicates that the memory location is used and contains data.EMPTY
indicates that the memory location is not used and does not contain any
data.

Used to add notes deemed opportune for identifying the calibration.

Procedure for recalling a calibration
Follow the previously described procedure but select the RECALL item in the MODE window.
