Procedure for memorizing an A-Scan

. Select the MEMORY menu;
10. Highlight the A-LOG function with the

11. Open the STORE window using the adjacent key and select the location number with the keys

. Check the selected location status in the STATE window;

2. The A-Scan can be frozen using the key

3. Press the SET key to save the waveform and related calibration. A confirmation window is displayed;
14. Press the SET key again to confirm. If the memory is already in use another confirmation message is
displayed to overwrite the selected memory;
15. The NOTE window is automatically displayed. Fill it in as described on the previous pages;
16. After entry of the notes is completed press the Key adjacent to the STORE box to memorize and return
to the normal display.
Procedure for recalling an A-Scan
6. Select the MEMORY menu;
7. Highlight the A-LOG function with the

8. Open the STORE window using the adjacent key and select the location number with the keys

. Press the SET key to recall the A-Scan and related calibration. The display with the recalled A-Scan goes
automatically to FREEZE mode;

to return to normal mode.

rocedure for deleting an A-Scan
Follow the procedure for recalling but select the DELETE item in the MODE box and press the SET key to
confirm. Press SET again to confirm the selection.
Procedure for adding notes
See the corresponding procedure described in the PANEL menu.
11.6.3 REF Menu
this function is used by the operator to select a memorized A-Scan and display it as reference waveform
along with the current A-Scan produced in real time in order to obtain a comparison between the signals.
STORE
Used to select the A-Scan to display from the A-LOG memory (locations
1-800);
MODE:
RECALL
Used to recall the A-Scan and display it. Press the SET key to perform the
operation.
MODE:
LIST
Shows the notes associated to the memorized A-Scan: press the SET key
to recall the waveform.
