IX.c Remote unlocking car door device
Check
- That the cable in the sheath run properly and, if necessary, lubricate it,
- That the fixing clamps are clean and properly tightened
- That the unlocking device is working properly:
- Pulling the handle, the door locking device must unlock and allow to manually open the door
IX.d Remote unlocking landing door device
Check
- That the cable in the sheath run properly and, if necessary, lubricate it,
- That the fixing clamps are clean and properly tightened
- That the unlocking device is working properly:
- Pulling the handle the door locking device must unlock and allow to manually open the door.
IX.e Remote command panel
Check that all the devices of the remote control panel work properly.
- By connecting the PT01 to the socket with the RJ45 cable, the PT01 display will turn on
- Pressing the reset button (blue) will re-initialize the system
- By pressing the emergency lowering button (red) the car move downward.
- Rotating the power switch:
- In position (0), the system is not powered
- In position (I) the system is powered
- The A3 switch opens and closes the door safety chain
IX.f Remote hand pump
Check that the hand pump is working properly and there is no fluid leak from the fittings and
piping.
- Check that using the hand pump the car moves upward
IX.g Bracket for lifting hook
Check that the bracket for the lifting hook is securely fixed to the guides.

YSTEMS WITH HEADROOM AND
/
OR PIT REDUCED
X.a Car stop mechanical device
Check that the pre-activated car stop device for headroom and /or pit reduced (CSMD - AMI)
and its connecting levers have a regular and easy movements and that their locking bolts are
properly tightened.
Check that the actuation brackets (ST and / or SF) and those of the additional final limit switches
(SFCT and / or SFCF) are in the correct position and that that their locking bolts are properly
tightened.
Check that the electrical safety contacts on the sling (SPR and SPR1), the additional final limit
switches (SFCT and / or SFCF) are clean and the green (LVT and / or LVF) and red (LRT and /
or LRF) lights in the headroom and / or pit are clean, in good condition and working properly
Verify that the intervention device (AMI) is working properly and that the safety gears intervene
properly.
- Perform the controls in accordance with the instructions of the manual of the electrical part.
X.b Foldable balustrade
Check that the foldable balustrade has a regular and easy movements and that its locking bolts
are properly tightened.
Check that the electrical safety contacts (SCP) are properly fixed and working:
- The security chain is closed: If the balustrade is in position extended or folded
- The security chain is open:
- If the balustrade is in an intermediate position between extended and folded position
- If the jumper of the folded position control contact is not inserted.
