: We recommend assembling without shims for sport flying.
However, for 3D flight or high RPM, the best setup is assembling
with at least one shim between the damper and bearing.
After approximately 20/30 flights, please manually check the
head dampening, you can add one 0.1mm shim (HC450) if the
dampening feels loose.
