Remove some of the backing from the center of the tape and attach the tape to center of one
of the rails.
Peel o some of the backing from the end of the tape. Use the holes on to rail to keep the tape
straight, and attach it to the end of the rail.

Start from the center and carefully peel away the backing of the tape, attening as you go.
