Moving from the center outward, spread the top edge of the leader cloth across the Velcro.

Repeat steps 2–4 for the medium width leader cloth on the backing rail.

For half of the widest leader cloth, repeat steps 2–4, but drape the leader cloth over the
front of the top rail, right side facing the front.
