While muted, the icon will be displayed on the screen.
To unmute the microphone during an established call, press the button “Options (Left softkey), choose “Unmute” and press “Select” button (left
softkey or OK button) to switch off the microphone.

Adjusting Speaker and Earpiece Volume
Press volume up and down keys on the left side of your phone while you are on an established call to set the volume of the earphone / speaker. You can choose
between 8 different levels. The default level is 4.
Audio Control
This new feature could let user configures Headset Noise Shield 2.0. When enabling the Noise Shield
feature, it creates a virtual “noise shield” which blocks the sounds outside. When the value is set to “high” power, the shield is created closer to the user which
filters more noise. When the value is set to “low” power, the shield is created further from the user which filters less noise. Users can find the configuration in
Web UI ->Settings-> General Settings > Preferences> Audio Control.
In addition to that, some other parameters can be configured such as the Headset transmission and receiving gain, as well as the Speaker ring volume and the
lock speaker volume.
Note
If PTT/Paging button is customized by the administrator to be Mute/Unmute, users can press the Multi-function button to Mute/Un-mute the MIC during calls.
