9 TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Conrmation Items Cause Solution
The registration mark can
not detect correctly.
The sheet media is
loading.
The registration mark
error is displayed when
the rear of registration
mark is detecting.
The plotter can not feed
to the rear registration
mark area if there is not
enough margin between
the rear registration
mark and the media end.
The at least 32 mm
margin needs to have
from the edge of media
to the registration mark.

it is adjusting in the
maintenance mode with
