Information regarding the disposal of electrical and electronic devices within the Euro-
pean Union:
Within the European Union, the disposal of electrically powered appliances is governed by
national regulations which are based on EU Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE). The device can thereafter no longer be disposed of with munic-
ipal solid waste or household waste. The device is accepted free of charge at local collection
points or recycling centers. The product packaging is made of recyclable materials. These
must be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner and recycled.
