Return of equipment must be coordinated with manufacturer – please refer to contact
information in section 1.2.
Use a secure transport container of appropriate type for return of equipment. All
returned equipment must be free from any hazardous substances (such as acids, alkalis,
solvents, etc.). Therefore, it is important to carefully clean the equipment prior to
returning.
IMPORTANT: Clearly mark the equipment with system serial number.
IMPORTANT: Request and fill out a “Return form” prior to returning the
equipment. Kindly send this form along with the item to be returned.
