Check AC wiring, especially neutral and
ground wire.
Check grid frequency is complied with local
grid standard. Restart inverter, if problem
still exist, Contact Growatt.

Voltage of Neutral and PE above
30V.
1. Check the voltage of Neutral and PE.
2. Check AC wiring.
3. Restart inverter, if error message still
exisits,contact Manufacturer

Auto test didn’t pass.
Restart inverter, repeat Auto Test, if
problem still exist, contact Growatt.
