8.1 Checking the module
Noise in the
system.
Air in the system. Vent the system.
The flow is too high.
Reduce the setpoint and possibly
change over to AUTO
ADAPT or con-
stant pressure.
The pressure is too high.
Reduce the setpoint and possibly
change over to AUTO
ADAPT or propor-
tional pressure.
Noise in the
pump.
The inlet pressure is too low.
Increase the inlet pressure and/or
check air volume in the expansion
tank (if installed).
Air in the pump.
Set the pump to "MAX" by continu-
ously pressing the button or with
the R100. After venting, set the pump
back to normal duty by pressing the
buttons , or with the R100.
Note: The pump must not run dry.

1. Remove the module cover.
2. Check the LEDs.
When the pump is switched on and the module
is correctly mounted, the left LED must be flash-
ing and the right LED must be permanently on.
3. Refit the module cover.
