15.0 Quick guides
15.1 How to...Clear Excess Consumption Warning.
1 – Press and Hold OK key till Password Menu screen appears.
2 – Password – > {{Engineers password}}.
3 – Go to page “Pumps Starts Past Month”, pages 42/43.
4 – Press OK key till message “Hold OK to Clear” appears.
5 – Hold OK key until reset to zero.
6 – Press and Hold HOME key to return to the Main Screen.
7 – Press DOWN key.
8 – Acknowledge the fault by pressing the OK key.
15.2 How to...Clear Flood Protection Fault.
1 – Press the DOWN key.
2 – Acknowledge the fault by pressing the OK key.
3 – Press HOME or BACK key to return to the Main Screen.
15.3 How to...Program Digital outputs.
1 – Press and Hold OK key till Password Menu screen appears.
2 – Password – > {{Engineers password}}.
3 – Go to page “Programable Output 1/2/3”, pages 47/48/49
4 – Press OK key to reveal list of programable outputs.
5 – Use UP and DOWN keys to scroll through the fault options.
6 – When required Fault appears at the top of the stack press OK key to select.
The fault now appears highlighted. To de-select press OK key again.
7 – Select further faults as required following the above method.
Selection can be any amount or combination.
8 – Use BACK key to step out of the menu when complete.
Check the number of selections matches the intended number of selections
9 – Exit the Engineers menu by pressing and holding HOME key.
15.4 How to…Upload the Fault log to USB memory stick.
1 – Remove the 4 screws + washers retaining the top cover. Remove the top cover.
2 – Insert a standard size USB memory stick in the USB connection on the back of the display card.
3 – The display will show the message “Writing File” wait till the display shows “Written File”
4 – Remove USB stick.
5 – Refit top cover and retaining screws + washers.
The file written to the USB memory stick is a simple text file which can be opened on any PC.
The file gives the fault history, current settings and change history of the unit with time and date stamps.
15.5 How to…Quickly check key system settings.
1 – Press UP key. On twin systems there are two pages of information, use UP key.
2 – Press HOME or BACK key to return to Main screen.
15.6 How to…Operate pumps in hand.
1 – Press and Hold OK key till Password Menu screen appears.
2 – Password – > {{Engineers password}}.
3 – Go to page “Pump 1/2 Test”, pages 50/51.
4 – Press and hold OK key to operate pumps.
5 – Press HOME key to return to Main screen.
