22.7 SCANNER ALWAYS CONNECTS TO AN UNWANTED WLAN AND DOES NOT GO INTO WLAN ACCESS
POINT MODE
Solution: Power on the scanner and wait at least 30 seconds for the scanner to start. Press the power button
for 2 seconds – release the finger when the light blinks blue. Now the WLAN access point is activated and can
be connected to. Note: Pressing the power button for too short (less than 2 seconds) or for too long time
(more than 8 seconds) initiates scanner shutdown.
22.8 SCANNER WLAN ACCESS POINT PASSWORD IS FORGOTTEN
Solution: Power on the scanner and wait at least 30 seconds for the scanner to start. Press the power button
for 2 seconds – release the finger when the light blinks blue. Now the WLAN access point is activated. Press
the power button again for 2 seconds – release the finger when the light blinks cyan. The WLAN access point
password is reset back to the same as in device label.
22.9 DOWNLOAD DOES NOT START AUTOMATICALLY WHEN EXPORTING TO WebDL
Solution: Check your web browser settings and disable all ad-blockers and pop-up blockers for
*.grundium.net.
