User ID: Also sometimes known as the “gateway ID”. When entering this information, make sure to
enter it exactly as it was provided (capital letters, dashes, etc.).
Password: The password is generally randomly assorted letters and numbers. When entering the
password, just like the User ID, it is important to pay attention to capital and lower case characters.
