VIII. Maintenance
Notes:
a. Do not repair forklifts without training.
b. It is necessary to perform regular checks and maintenance to maintain the performance of the
forklift truck.
c. When operating in dusty or polluted environments, it is necessary to increase the frequency of
maintenance.
d. Checks and maintenance are often neglected, so it’s better to find the problems early and solve
them in time.
e. When changing or adding oil/fuel, do not use oil/fuel which is not the same as the original.
f. If the engine power drops, there is any black smoke or the engine noise becomes louder before
maintenance is due, inspections and checks should be carried out and the opening pressure of
the diesel nozzle and fuel atomization state should be adjusted if necessary.
g. The used oil/fluid and used battery should be recycled according to the local environmental
protection laws and regulations to prevent pollution of the environment, it should not be poured
away or disposed of at will.
h. Develop a comprehensive maintenance and repair plan.
i. Complete records should be made after maintenance and repair.
