Menu 3.6.3 Dead zone for regulation
This is the non-regulation zone when the sprayer is straight behind
the tractor. If the sprayer hydraulics oscillates when driving
straight, this value must be increased.
• Factory setting: 5 cm
• Max. is 10 cm
Menu 3.6.4 Track sensitivity
This menu sets the type of sensitivity for which the IntelliTrack will
regulate.
Menu 3.6.5 Hitch sensor calibration
When attaching a sprayer with IntelliTrack to the tractor, the chains
for the IntelliTrack sensor needs to be fitted.
When the chains are attached to the tractor, the sensor needs
calibration for the steering to work properly. This is to compensate
if the front potentiometer is placed offset to the centre line when
the sprayer is attached.
Please refer to “IntelliTrack Setup” on page 80 for calibration
procedure.
Spraying Speed Track Setup
High speed (20 to 25 km/h) Must react slowly: The dead zone must be increased.
Low speed (7 to10 km/h) For high precision: The dead zone can be reduced.
Increasing value: No oscillation but tendency to sway. Low
precision, but very steady driving with
less corrections.
Decreasing value: Reacting on small deviations. Tendency
to oscillation that can damage the boom.
High precision, but more unstable driving
with small corrections all the time.
Accurate: The precision is at its best with some fast
movements.
Comfort: Smooth movements with slight
reduction in the accuracy.
Dead zone for regulation
