DADE. Differential Absolute Delay Equalization. A method for aligning, in
time, two identical data streams that are traveling through channels of differing
length (time).
DFM. Dispersive Fade Margin.
D connectors, subminiature. The size of the subminiature D connector is
specified by the standard shell size and the number of connectors. For example,
a 15-pin connector is referred to as a DA-15. See the following table.
DCS. Digital Cross-connect System.
DTMF. Dual-Tone MultiFrequency.

EMI. Electro-Magnetic Interference.
