5. Front brake (Disc type) - check for
correct brake fluid level in the master

7. Clutch - check for smooth operation.
Adjust free play (page 38-39).
9. Throttle - check for smooth opening
and closing in all steering positions
(page 36).
11. Rear view mirror - ensure that the rear
view mirror gives a good rear view
when you are sitting on the motorcycle.
15. Steering - check for smooth action and
for easy maneuverability.
13. Fitting & fasteners - check & tighten
if necessary.
14. Battery - check voltage (page 46-48).
1. Engine oil level - check and top up
engine oil if required (page-18-19).
Check for leaks.

Indicator Lamp - when the ignition
switch is turned "ON" the Programmed FI
Malfunction Indicator Lamp glows for a
few seconds and then it should go "OFF".
3. Fuel level - ensure sufficient fuel is
available in the fuel tank for your journey
(page 13-14, 17). Check for leaks.
4. Front and rear brakes (Drum type) -
check operation. Adjust free play if
necessary (page 42-43, 45-46).
