2. Connect a tachometer.
IDLE SPEED : 1500 + 100 r/min
1. Warm up the engine, shift to neutral and
park the motorcycle on its main stand.
3. Turn the idle adjusting screw (1) as
required to obtain the specified idle speed.
The engine must be at normal operating
temperature for accurate idle speed
adjustment. Ten minutes of stop-and-go
riding is sufficient.

NOTE :
While the vehicle is operated at higher
altitude it is advisable to adjust the idle
r/min to 1500 ± 100 r/min
