MAINTENANCE
A ell-maintained vehicle is essential for safe w
economical and trouble-free riding. It will also
help reduce pollution.
To help you, take proper care of your vehicle,
the following pages include a maintenance
schedule and a maintenance record for regular
scheduled maintenance.
These instructions are based on the
assumption that the vehicle will be used
exclusively for its designed purpose.
Sustained high speed operation or operation
in unusually wet or dusty conditions will
require more frequent service than specified in
the maintenance schedule.
I mportance of maintenance
Consult your Authorised Hero MotoCorp
Dealer for recommendation applicable to your
individual needs and use. If your vehicle
overturns or is involved in a crash, be sure that
you visit your Authorised Hero MotoCorp
workshop for detailed inspections.

Gauze (Rolled bandage)-1No.
Kit contains the following items:
The first aid kit (2) is located below the seat in
the rear. For some emergency first aid can be
performed by medicine contained in the kit.

Antiseptic cream-1No.

Sterilized dressing-1No.
•
Elastic bandage-1No.
•
Sterilized elastic plaster-1No.
•
First aid bag-1No.
CLEANING AND WASHING OF VEHICLE
•
Wet the vehicle with light water spray. Avoid
directing water meter console, muffler
outlets and electrical parts.
•
Clean the headlamp lens and other plastic
parts using a cloth or sponge dampened
with a solution of mild detergent and water.
•
Rub the soiled area gently rinsing it
frequently with fresh water.
•
Dry the vehicle by wiping with dry soft cloth.
Follow the below mentioned steps for washing
the vehicle.

After cleaning spray water thoroughly.
NOTE
• Our authorised dealership take all above
mentioned precautions like recommended
detergents and usage of muffler caps/plugs
during wash to ensure quality wash.
• Do not use high pressure water (or air). It
can damage certain parts of the vehicle.
