5.7 Reader Information Tab
The Reader Information tab provides basic reader information such as firmware versions and a table of
any tags within the readers field.
Field Description
Firmware Version Displays the current core firmware version running on this unit.
MAC Address Displays the MAC address of this unit.
SAM Firmware Version Displays the current Secure Application Module (SAM) firmware version.
User Password
This field allows the user to change the User Password. The user will enter the new
password (twice).
Region Displays the current setting for region.
RF Field
This field will display Red if RF Field is not off and Green if it is on. This options is
required.
Communication
Sets the Host Output mode.
