3.3 Wiring
After the cable is brought through the backbox (conduit hole) and connected to the reader the hole
must be sealed with RTV silicone to weatherproof the reader.
Note: We recommend the use of liquid tight conduit and fittings. RTV silicone can also be used an
alternative.

OSDP: GPIO1 and GPIO2 are RE-485 lines that carry OSDP messages.
GPIO3 and GPIO4 are an auxiliary input and output respectively, which can be
monitored/controlled via OSDP.
