Phillips screwdriver
Model PW9002 Battery Set
Model 9459 Battery Pack
A battery case
Four screws
(M3 x 25 mm)
Protector

Turn off the power switch and remove all cords and cables.

Turn the instrument over and use a Phil-
lips screwdriver to remove the screws
holding the protector in place.

Remove the protector from the recessed
area in the case.
Store the protector and the four screws (M3×6 mm)
you removed with care because you will need them
when not using the PW9002 Battery Set.

Fit the 9459 Battery Pack into the battery
case.
Position the battery pack so that the cables are
routed through the cutout in the case.
When the PW9002 Battery Set is shipped from
Hioki factory, the 9459 Battery Pack has already
fit into the battery case.
