Support Information: Files contained in ZIP archive
Meaning of the severities for events
Button Meaning
Set Transfers the changes to the volatile memory (
RAM
) of the device and
applies them to the device. To save the changes in the non-volatile
memory, proceed as follows:
Open the
Basic Settings > Load/Save
dialog.
In the table, highlight the desired configuration profile.
If in the "Selected" column the checkbox is
unmarked
, click the
"Select" button.
Click the "Save" button.
Reload Updates the fields with the values that are saved in the volatile memory
(
RAM
) of the device.

Information
Opens the "Save" dialog. This dialog allows you to save a ZIP archive on
your PC that contains system information about the device.
The device generates the file name of the ZIP archive automatically based
on the format
<IP address>_<device name>.zip
.
You will find an explanation of the files contained in the ZIP archive in the
following section.
Help Opens the online help.

HTML Contains the chronological recording of the system events
and saved user changes in the Audit Trail.

Text Contains the output of CLI command
