1. Verify that the printer is in "Stop" or "Standby" state.
Choose [Auxiliary function] from the menu.
The "Auxiliary function menu" screen opens.
2. Press [Stored message deletion].
The "Registered data deletion" screen opens.
3. Touch the line No.2.
The cursor moves to line No. 2.
