2.3 Input Board
The Green Class Net meter is supplied with an input board which allows it to accept
pulses (dry contact) from third party meters, such as gas, water, BTU, etc. This 3rd
party meter information that comes in through the pulse input can be communicated
via the communication protocols. Only one input is available with EZ7 PROTOCOL.

The input terminals and output terminals are used by the Green Class Net meter.
Connect metering devices with “dry contacts” only. If the contacts are from solid - state
(electronic) sources, polarity must be observed for proper operation.
