Useasecondspannerwrenchforsecuringwhen
looseningandtighteningpipejoints.

Youwanttoperformmaintenanceonthepilot
only,
Thedischarginglineandtheventlineonthe
pilotneedtobeuninstalled.
Thepilotneedstoberemovedfromthe
actuatorassembly.
Theactuatorassembly,includingthepipes,can
remaininthegasregulatingline.
Youwanttoperformmaintenanceontheactua‐
torassemblyonly,
Themotorizationlinebetweenthepilotand
theactuatorassemblyneedstobeuninstalled.
Thepilotneedstoberemovedfromthe
actuatorassembly.
Todeterminewhethertheactuatorassembly
canbeleftinthegasregulatinglineduring
maintenance,pleaserefertothefollowing
table.
Youwanttoperformmaintenanceonboththe
actuatorassemblyandthepilot,
Thedischarginglineandtheventlineonthe
pilotneedtobeuninstalled.
Themotorizationlinebetweenthepilotand
theactuatorassemblyneedstobeuninstalled.
Thepilotneedstoberemovedfromthe
actuatorassembly.
Todeterminewhethertheactuatorassembly
canbeleftintheregulatinglineduring
maintenance,pleaserefertothefollowing

Theactuatorassemblymustberemovedfromthe
lineanddisassembledformaintenance,asthe
individualcomponentsareheavystartingfrom
thissize.
