How to put a detection Zone in test
01 Select the Menu icon and select ‘Test System’ and then log in with your Access level 2 password.
02 Select the ‘Test Type’ tab and then select ‘Test Mode - Detection Test’ .
03 Check the required Zone to put into Test. Note you can select multiple Zones.
04 Select the ‘Proceed’ button .
The Outputs like Alarm devices, Voice Alarms and Fire Bridge link are not activated when a Zone is
placed in Test Mode.
05 Select the ‘Start Test’ button and note the ‘Test’ LED is lit and note the Outputs like 'Alarm Devices',
'Voice Alarm' and 'Fire Brigade' will be made inactivate during Zone test. Once a device is tested the 'Test
Number' is incremented by one. You can view details of the tested devices. On completion of a Zone test you
can select the ‘End Test’ button to end Zone Test or move on to another Zone to test by selecting ‘Edit
Test’ and then check the required next Zone to test.
How to test the panels LEDs and Display
01 Select the Menu icon and then select the ‘Test System’ button. and then log in with your Access level
2 password. Select ‘Test Type’ tab .
02 Select the ‘START INDICATOR TEST’ button and observe all the LEDs on the panel are lit, the buzzer
sounds and momentarily the screen colour will rotate between Green, Red and Blue.
03 To stop the test you must touch the screen and select the ‘STOP INDICATOR TEST’ button . The indicator
test will automatically end the test after 15 seconds if left to continue.
