Bit 0: Enable IP Filter :
Bit 1: Enable internet parameters (1bit)
Once the setup of internet parameter is done, the Bit 1
will be enabled. But after the parmeters of the
communication card are updated, this Bit 1 will be
disabled.
Bit 2: Enable login password (1bit)
When login password is correctly entered, the Bit 2 will
be enabled. But after the parameters of the
communication card are updated, this Bit 2 will be
disabled.

Bit 0: Enable password.
When the communication card is locked by a password,
this Bit 0 will be enabled. When the password is clear,
this Bit 0 will be disabled.
