Check if VFD is powered, and if the power supply is
normal.
MODBUS TCP/IP
COMMUNICATION CARD not
connected to VFD
Make sure MODBUS TCP/IP COMMUNICATION CARD
is connected to VFD.
LINK LED off
MODBUS TCP/IP
COMMUNICATION CARD not
connected to network
Make sure the network cable is correctly connected to
network.
Poor contact to RJ-45 connector
Make sure RJ-45 connector is connected to Ethernet
port.
No module found
MODBUS TCP/IP
COMMUNICATION CARD not
connected to network
Make sure MODBUS TCP/IP COMMUNICATION CARD
is connected to network.
PC and MODBUS TCP/IP
COMMUNICATION CARD in
different networks and blocked by
network firewall.
Search by IP or set up relevant settings by VFD keypad.
