Cut types
The cutter is designed to make two kinds of cut:
Kiss cut: This cuts only the substrate, and not the liner
Cut through (called FlexCut in the cutter’s front panel): This cuts all the way through the substrate and liner.
Small pieces left uncut (bridges) allow the substrate to remain connected together; when the job is nished,
the cut pieces can be torn out. Although this can be done with any shape, it is reliable only with simple
shapes. See Cut through on page 30.
Detailed OPOS operations
Load the print into the cutter
Load the print into the cutter as usual (see Load the substrate on page 12). Make sure the marker, indicating the
origin, is situated at the bottom right corner of the cutter.
