Calibrate media
Substrate calibration helps the sensor to recognize the markers. It is explained in Calibrate the substrate
on page 17.
Calibrate length
Length calibration allows the length of the cut lines to be adjusted within specications. For instance, if a cut line
should measure 100 mm exactly, the cutter can be adjusted for any discrepancy.
This calibration is explained in Perform length calibration on page 20.
Calibrate OPOS
OPOS calibration calibrates the distance between the OPOS sensor and the knife tip. It is explained in Calibrate
the OPOS sensor on page 48.
Conguration
LAN
This option displays the cutter’s LAN settings.
Language
This submenu is used to select the language to be used on the front panel. When the cutter is new, it asks you to
choose a language; but you can change it at any time with this option.
The available languages include English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, German, and Polish.
Press . Use or to select a language. Press to conrm or to cancel. The default language
is chosen when the cutter is turned on for the rst time.
Menu units
This option determines whether the speed and size values are displayed in the metric system or in the
English/US system of measurement.
