5. Insert the knife holder into the head clamp and push it all the way down (1).
6. Tighten the clamp screw (2).
WARNING! Take care not to cut yourself.
After installing a new knife, you should set the knife oset (see below) and recalibrate the OPOS sensor (see 
Calibrate the OPOS sensor on page 48).
Change the drag knife oset
The oset is the distance between the center of the knife and its tip. The oset should be set whenever the knife 
is changed, and should be checked if the knife shows signs of wear.
Typical osets
●
0.41–0.45 for standard knives
●
0.49–0.52 for the 60 degree knife
●
0.90–0.97 for sandblast knives
NOTE: A sandblast knife should be used when the substrate is thicker than 0.25 mm (0.01 in).
Change the oset
1. Turn on the cutter, load substrate, and mount the tool.

Press  .
3.
Press   or   to scroll through the menu until you reach Knife oset. Press  . The current oset 
appears on the screen.
4.
Press   or   to change the oset.

Press   to perform the internal knife oset test.
●
Press   to conrm the chosen oset.
●
Press   to leave the oset unchanged.
