Ensure that the file is not being used by
another program.

Data Format Error
Use Microsoft Windows Explorer to
ensure that the file location is
accessible from your computer.
Unable to communicate with the instrument;
please ensure that the drivers are installed
correctly and all firmware are up-to-date.
Startup Error
Close the software, unplug the USB
cable that connects the dispenser to
your computer, and follow the ―Insert
the CD that was enclosed with the
Dispenser― instructions. Restart the
software and, if requested, follow
instructions to update firmware.
Unable to find the instrument; please ensure that
the instrument is powered and connected to the
PC.
Startup Error
Close the software, check the USB
connection between the dispenser and
your computer, turn the dispenser on,
and restart the software.
