4. Rotate the top of the panel down enough to access the cables underneath (5).
IMPORTANT: Cables connect the panel to the computer. Be careful not to disconnect the cables when
rotating the panel.
5. Lift the panel (1).
IMPORTANT: Be careful when opening to avoid tearing cables. Be sure to open from the top.
6. Disconnect the battery cable (2) from the system board.
7. Remove the tape from the display cable connector (3), and then disconnect the display cable (4) from
the system board.
