Before removing the hard drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 26).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 27).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 30).
Remove the hard drive:
1. Disconnect the hard drive cable from the system board ZIF connector (1).
2. Lift the hard drive assembly out of the computer (2).
