Before removing the solid-state drive, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 26).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover and rubber feet on page 27).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 30).
Remove the solid-state drive:
1. Lift the foil up on the connector side of the drive (1).
2. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screw (2), and then pull the solid-state drive module from the socket (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the solid-state drive.
