The menu labels show the operations you can perform on your SUM
number list. Table 6-1 briefly describes these operations.

Displays the CALC menu, which is used to do statistical

If you have previously used the SUM menu, your display will look
different . Instead of displaying an empty list, the HP-18C displays
the SUM list you worked with most recently. You can press [TI to see
more of the list.
To display an empty list, you can:
• Clear
the list by pressing .1 CLEAR ALL I. Clearing number lists is
covered in more detail on page 114 .

Create a new list by pressing ... ' then IIJ!DI. Creating new
number lists is covered in more detail on pages 112 and 113.
