Reverse this procedure to install the display panel assembly.

NOTE: The Touchscreen board spare part kit does not include the Touchscreen board cable. The
Touchscreen board cable is available using spare part number 924172-001.

Before removing the Touchscreen board, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the tablet. If you are unsure whether the tablet is o or in Hibernation, turn the tablet on,
and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the tablet.
3. Disconnect the power from the tablet by rst unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the tablet.
4. Remove the display panel assembly (see Display panel assembly on page 20).
Remove the Touchscreen board:
1. Detach the two pieces of grounding tape that secure the Touchscreen board (1) to the display
panel assembly.
2. Release the two ZIF connectors (2) to which the Touchscreen board cables are connected, and then
disconnect the Touchscreen board cables from the display panel assembly.
