Taking the Tablet PC to a Service Provider
In addition to providing the information listed in the preceding
section, “Preparing to Call HP Customer Care,” be sure to delete
all passwords or to disclose all passwords to the service provider.
For information about using HP passwords (passwords set in
the Setup utility), refer on the Documentation Library CD to the
Software Guide, “Passwords” chapter.
For information about using Windows passwords (passwords set
in the operating system) refer to your operating system
documentation.
