6. Select Make Default if you want this to be your default printer.
7. If you want to test your specifications, click Test.
8. Click Ok to add the printer and close the Add New Printer dialog box.
Modify Printers
To modify a printer:
1. Select the printer from the list and click Modify.
2. Modify the printer attributes as desired.
3. Click Exit to close the dialog box.
Delete Printers
To delete a printer:
1. Select the printer from the list and click Delete.
2. Click OK to confirm.
3. Click Exit to close the dialog box.
