Symptom
LED is on, continuous beep.
Cause
• The battery test failed due to bad or disconnected batteries.
• The battery minimum voltage is reached and the UPS is in ABM cycling mode.
Action
1. Verify that all batteries are properly connected.
2. Start a new battery test.
If condition persists, contact your service representative.
Backup time
Symptom
The UPS does not provide the expected backup time.
Cause
The batteries need charging or service.
Action
1. Apply utility power for 48 hours to charge the batteries.
2. If condition persists, contact your service representative.
Bypass mode
Symptom
LED is on.
Cause
• An overload or a fault has occurred.
• A command has been received and the UPS is in Bypass mode.
