2. On the Select a Contact screen, tap the name of the desired contact.
3. Select a phone number or email address to associate to the favourite contact.
(If there is no picture associated with the contact, the next screen prompts
you to assign a picture to the contact.)
4. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to add more favourite contacts to the People tab.
Quickly calling or sending a message to a favourite contact
On the People tab, the following icons are shown below the pictures to indicate the
type of communication method that is associated to each favourite contact:
Mobile phone
Home phone
Work phone
SMS text messaging
Email
1. Swipe your finger up or down to scroll through the favourite contacts.
2. Tap below the picture of the desired contact. Your phone then dials the
number shown below the contact picture, or creates a new message for you
to compose and send.
3. Tapping a contact picture displays the contact summary. You can choose from
other phone numbers or email addresses (if available) to reach the contact.
Removing a favourite contact
To remove a favourite contact from the People tab, tap Remove, tap the contact
picture, and then tap Done.
