1. Insert the 2-pin terminal block at one end to a DC power socket of the router, and then
tighten the slotted screws at both ends of the terminal block with the flat-head
screwdriver.
2. Connect the 2-pin terminal block at the other end to the output power socket of the 60 W
AC power module, and then tighten the slotted screws at two sides with the flat-head
screwdriver.
Step 5 Assemble AC or DC power input cables.
NOTE
The power cables are connected to the AC/DC input terminal block in the same way. The following
procedure uses one cable as an example.
l Make an AC power input cable.
a. Use a wire stripper to peel about 7 mm length of insulation coating off one end of
the cable.
NOTICE
Do not cut the metal conductor of the cable when peeling insulation coating.
NOTE
Insert the three cables into the AC input terminal block from left to right in the sequence of
live wire (RTN(+)), neutral wire (NEG(-)), and earth wire.
b. Insert the bare wire into the hole on the terminal block. Then the reed is closed to
lock the cable in the hole.
