Procedure
Step 1 Verify that the router is reliably grounded.
Step 2 Wear an ESD wrist strap. Ensure that the ESD wrist strap is grounded and in a close contact
with your wrist.
Step 3 Assemble the 4-pin AC power cables.
NOTE
l Four cables are connected to the 4-pin terminal block in the same way. The following procedure uses
one cable as an example.
l Insert the four cables into the 4-pin terminal block from left to right in the sequence of L1, L2, L3,
and N.
1. Use a wire stripper to peel about 15 mm length of insulation coating off one end of the
cable.
NOTICE
Do not cut the metal conductor of the cable when peeling insulation coating.
2. Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the square hole above a wire hole on the 4-pin
terminal block and apply force on the screwdriver to open the metal reed.
3. Insert the bare wire into the wire hole.
